ABSTRACT:

BioAuthorizeLAN is a fingerprint-based network authentication system. It helps businesses protect their data over local area networks by restricting access only to authorized personnel. BioAuthorizeLAN will even lock a workstation, through a screen saver, if the system is idle for an administrator defined time-out period. Only an authorized fingerprint can then unlock the workstation. Access through BioAuthorizeLAN is safer, faster and more convenient; there are no passwords to forget or type. All you need is your finger. However, BioAuthorizeLAN allows fingerprints to be used as the primary authentication method alone or in combination with a password.
