Rick Sant'Angelo is a Microsoft enterprise infrastructure, Active Directory, and Exchange Messaging Specialist who is skilled in both data and telephony. He has written several technical books and has spent years delivering training, including Microsoft on campus events and training classes for Microsoft Product Support Services. Rick has participated in early UC beta programs for both Microsoft's and Cisco's Unified Communications products and is Dell's UC Practice Lead.

Roger Murff
Director of Microsoft Unified Communications Partner Marketing
Roger Murff is Director of Microsoft Unified Communications Partner Marketing. Roger joined Microsoft five years ago and has worked in various marketing roles within the Unified Communications group. Prior to joining Microsoft, he worked in technology and marketing roles at a number of leading companies including Morgan Stanley, Accenture and Macromedia. He holds Bachelors degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
