ABSTRACT:
Safe Sight is a security systems integration company serving a broad range of commercial, institution and governmental clients. Growing at a rate of 80% annually, they were having trouble keeping up with their proposals, installations, service orders and invoicing. But now, they have implemented the SME system.
After implementing High 5's SME system in mid-2007, their operations and profits improved after only a few months. They had been using spreadsheets and paper records to manage their processes. Sharing, tracking and transferring information was cumbersome and time consuming. Now, through SME, everyone has immediate access to client, order, purchase order, invoice and inventory information eliminating countless hours of effort and enabling them to deliver better service to their clients.
