ABSTRACT:

The second one is that you should look your anti-spam technology and consider investing in that, mostly because e-mail is the most important application that you have in your portfolio today and finding ways to make it a more positive experience for your users and finding a way to reduce the amount of time that users have to deal with spam certainly has been proven in this research which provide a great positive impact on customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and other business metrics.
