Jon is the Senior Product Marketing Manager at VMware for business continuity solutions. In this role he is responsible for working with customers to help them leverage VMware virtualization to deliver availability and disaster recovery solutions that enable them to meet their service level requirements. Prior to VMware, Jon worked at Hewlett-Packard managing key alliances between HP and enterprise software solution partners. Jon holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.

Ian Selway
WW Solutions Business Development Manager, HP StorageWorks
Ian Selway is a WW Solutions Business Development Manager for HP StorageWorks. Previously Selway was Australian ILM business development manager for HP StorageWorks, and prior to that he was the Australian product manager for HP?s StorageWorks business. Selway moved to Australia in May 1999 from Europe, where he had performed a number of European and UK roles for Hewlett-Packard over a 14 year period. Selway has over twenty years experience in the storage industry and has held director roles for the Australian chapter of the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA). He is a frequent speaker at industry and analyst events and is regularly quoted and published in industry magazines.
