Cisco, Engineer, Technical Marketing
Marco Di Benedetto has over 10 years of experience in the networking industry. He spent 8 years in software development, starting on the Catalyst 6000 product line, for which he architected the high availability software infrastructure and designed enhancements to the Spanning Tree Protocol, including 802.1s, MISTP, and Root Guard. Then, as a member of the founding team of the MDS 9500, he architected SAN-OS and developed Fibre Channel features for that platform. Over the years, he accumulated a portfolio of 12 patents for Cisco Systems. In 2007, he joined Nuova Systems as a member of the Technical Marketing team after one year as a Network Consulting Engineer for Cisco Systems in the Asia Pacific region. As Nuova Systems got integrated back into Cisco, he's now a senior Technical Marketing Engineer for the Server Access and Virtualization BU at Cisco.

Jason Blosil
Product Marketing Manager, NetApp
Jason has over 13 years of corporate finance, product management and product marketing experience. During the last 8 years, he has been working in the data storage industry promoting RAID and IP Storage products through distributor, resale and OEM channels. His product management and marketing experience ranges from RAID host adapters to external storage subsystems, storage controllers, and storage software. Currently, Jason works in Solutions Marketing at NetApp promoting the advantages of iSCSI storage solutions. He is responsible for partner and product marketing, as well as thought leadership activities. He is recently elected marketing co-chair of the iSCSI SIG of the SNIA Ethernet Storage Forum, and is a member of the Marketing Committee and Solutions Committee at Blade.org.
