Since becoming one of the world's first MCSEs in both NT and 2000, he has performed Windows NT, Active Directory, and Group Policy planning and implementations for some of the nation's largest organizations. He is the author of many books on Windows and Active Directory management and Windows/Linux integration.

Ryan Shopp

With over 15 years of IT Infrastructure hardware and software domain expertise spanning product management, marketing and business development, Ryan is currently responsible for Dell's Global Channel Product Marketing efforts specific to their Data Center portfolio. Prior to Dell, Ryan held executive leadership roles at Securityworks (acquired by Lumension), AlterPoint (acquired by Versata), netVMG (acquired by Internap), Centrata (acquired by Lontra) and Lucent Technologies. Prior to that, he held roles at International Network Services, Solarwinds, AT&T and EDS. Ryan graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
